TRIVERDICT

Triverdict / Decision research

What if you’re wrong?

Your research says yes. Your team says yes. The AI says yes. Find out whether it holds up before you wire the money.

Triverdict pressure-tests one consequential decision at a time. You bring the question, we ask what we still need to know and run the research, and Chris Coppa reads every brief before it reaches you.

Use cases / Where it applies

Consequential decisions
deserve opposition.

Triverdict fits the questions where being wrong is expensive, and where everyone already agreeing is part of the risk.

01 / Product

Should we build this?

Look hard at the demand signal and the competitive picture before the roadmap commits to it.

Read the Focused sample →

02 / Market entry

Should we enter this market?

Check the expansion case against the competitive, regulatory and operational evidence before capital is committed.

Read the Standard sample →

03 / Acquisitions

Should we acquire this company?

Test the deal thesis before the LOI: what the bear case looks like, and which assumptions would sink it if they turned out to be wrong.

Method / Three kinds of scrutiny

Verify it. Challenge it.
Decide it.

Agreement isn't evidence. Each protocol attacks the decision from a different side, and the tier you pick decides which of them run.

01VERIFY

Is it actually true?

Searches widely, reads the sources, and puts every claim to two independent AI verifiers. Claims that fail are dropped rather than softened, and what survives is quoted and graded. Where the evidence establishes nothing, it says so.

In Standard and Comprehensive

02CHALLENGE

What are we missing?

Five expert lenses — practitioner, academic, skeptic, economist, historian — then a map of exactly where they contradict each other. Peer-reviewed against itself and citation-checked.

In Standard and Comprehensive

03DECIDE

Should we do it?

Five AI roles argue the decision (a contrarian who assumes it fails, an advocate who makes the strongest case for it, a first-principles logician, a researcher working from web evidence, and your target buyer). Then an AI judge has to rule GO, RESHAPE or KILL. "It depends" isn't an allowed answer.

In Focused and Comprehensive

COMPREHENSIVE RUNS ALL THREE, IN ORDER: VERIFY → CHALLENGE → DECIDE → VERDICT

Samples / What arrives

Read a real brief.

Each sample is the unedited output of a tier, run on a fictional company against real public evidence. Nothing here is a client engagement.

Focused / Product

Build, license or wait on AI dispatch

GO

“License Vendor A now on short, non-exclusive, no-training terms to hit April 2027. Keep your data and ranking talent in-house to build the eval harness and future replacement. Refuse Vendor B and do not hold.”

Standard / Market entry

UK entry for a US dental-group analytics SaaS

15 confirmed / 0 refuted / 0 unverified

“The UK looks like a plausible but not yet proven first international market for 2027: it is large, mostly private by value and consolidating under private equity, but the verified evidence does not size the corporate segment, name the competition, or show that three groups and about GBP 1.5M ARR are reachable on $3M.”

Comprehensive / Acquisitions

LOI decision: 40-technician residential HVAC add-on

RESHAPE

“Do not submit at the 7x ask. Submit a restructured LOI that caps cash at close at 6.5x of QoE-verified EBITDA, ties anything above that to contingent pay or rollover linked to replacement performance and key-person retention, and makes signed retention for the GM and both install leads a closing condition. Walk away if the seller insists on 7x guaranteed.”

Sample. Fictional company, real public evidence. Not a client engagement.

Process / How it works

Know what holds up before you commit.

Most decisions don’t fail for lack of data. They fail because nobody tried hard enough to prove them wrong first. This is that step, done on purpose.

  1. 01

    Ask the question

Describe the decision in your own words and pick a tier. A good question names the choice, the timeframe and the options you're weighing, but plain language is fine.

  2. 02

Answer clarifying questions, if there are any

If the answer depends on something only you know (scope, constraints, what you've already ruled out), Triverdict asks before any research runs. A question that's already specific goes straight to research.

  3. 03

    The research runs

Depending on the tier, that means the evidence checked, the competing readings of it mapped, a verdict argued out, or all three in order. You can follow progress from your workspace.

  4. 04

    A person reviews it

Not reviewed by an algorithm. Read by Chris Coppa, founder of CKKC Associates, before it's released to you.

  5. 05

    You get the brief

It arrives in your workspace, with the findings and the reasoning behind them, within the tier's committed number of business days. Comprehensive adds a readout call with Chris.

Review / Who reads your brief

Every brief crosses one desk before it reaches you.

The research is AI. The release isn’t. Chris Coppa reads each brief before it’s released, asking whether every conclusion follows from its cited evidence and whether the strongest case against your decision is stated fairly. A brief that doesn’t meet that bar isn’t released.

Confidentiality / Where your question goes

Your question stays yours.

The decisions worth pressure-testing are usually the ones you can't discuss openly. Here is exactly who sees yours.

One reader
Chris Coppa is the only person at CKKC who reads your question, your answers and your brief. Staff access through our operator tools is logged.
An NDA, if you need one
If your question calls for a higher level of confidentiality, ask about a mutual NDA before you submit it. Email info@ckkcassociates.com.
Not used to train AI
We don't use your content to train AI models, and we never reuse one customer's content in another customer's research. Our AI provider, Anthropic, doesn't train on it either.
What search providers see
The research searches the public web through Firecrawl and Exa. They receive search queries built from your question, never your account details, and they keep their own request logs. If a name is sensitive, describe it instead of naming it. The research can only look up what it's told, so it will find less about it.
Deleted when you ask
Each workspace is isolated in the database, so no other customer can read yours. Ask us to delete a project and it's done within 5 business days.

The full detail, including what we keep after deletion, is in our Privacy Policy.

Tiers / One decision, one price

Priced per decision.

A fixed price per decision, paid at checkout. No subscription and no usage charges, whatever the research takes.

01

Focused

One bounded question, fast.

$3,500

Delivered within 2 business days

A verdict: GO, RESHAPE or KILL. A RESHAPE verdict comes with the specific change that fixes the fatal flaw, and every verdict names the cheapest test of the riskiest assumption.

You have one decision in front of you and want it pressure-tested before you commit.

The alternative is two or three expert calls — and two weeks to schedule them.

What arrives

  • Decision brief
  • Council findings, structured

Chris reads the verdict and its cheapest test before it's released.

Method: Decide

Read the Focused sample →

02

Standard

Full research and analysis project.

$7,500

Delivered within 4 business days

A cited brief: what the evidence establishes, what it does not, and where it is contested.

You need to know what is actually true before you decide — or where informed people disagree.

What arrives

  • Deep research: a report with every claim quoted and graded, plus a verification manifest (claim → source → how it was checked)
  • Or multi-perspective: a briefing across five expert lenses, citation-checked

Chris reads the brief and spot-checks its key claims against their sources before it's released.

Method: Verify or Challenge

Read the Standard sample →

03

Comprehensive

Multi-angle, board-ready: facts → perspectives → decision.

$15,000

Delivered within 7 business days

The full chain in one board-ready document: verified facts, the competing reads of them, then the verdict.

The decision is expensive to get wrong and someone other than you has to be convinced.

What arrives

  • Everything in Focused and Standard — all of it
  • Plus a synthesis reconciling the three against each other

Chris reads the full document, then walks you through it on a 45-minute readout call, with one round of follow-up questions answered in writing.

Method: Verify → Challenge → Decide

Read the Comprehensive sample →

Every brief is read by Chris Coppa before it’s released. Delivery times count from when your clarifying answers are in, and briefs usually arrive sooner. Standard runs Verify or Challenge, chosen when you submit the question.

FAQ / Before you start

Questions buyers ask.

What happens if the verdict is KILL?

You get the full brief: why the decision fails as framed, and the cheapest test of its riskiest assumption. A KILL is a finished brief, not a failed one. The fee pays for the scrutiny, not for a particular answer. Verdicts come from the Decide protocol, which runs in Focused and Comprehensive.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in three cases: if we can't deliver a brief, if you change your mind after paying but before the research starts, or if a brief doesn't address the question you submitted and you tell us within 14 days of delivery (we'll re-run the research or refund you, at our choice). Otherwise fees are non-refundable once research has started. The Terms of Service have the details.

What does the AI do, and what does Chris do?

The AI searches and reads public sources, puts claims to two independent AI verifiers, argues the decision and drafts the brief. Chris reads every brief before it's released, checking that each conclusion follows from its cited evidence and that the strongest case against your decision is stated fairly. A brief that doesn't meet that bar isn't released.

Where does the evidence come from?

From public web sources found and read during the research, plus what you tell us in your question, your context and your clarifying answers. You describe the decision in writing; Triverdict doesn't take document uploads. Standard's deep research quotes every claim it keeps and lists the page it came from.

How long does it take?

Focused within 2 business days, Standard within 4, Comprehensive within 7, counted from when your clarifying answers are in. Briefs usually arrive sooner.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes. Focused and Standard include one round of follow-up questions, answered in writing, sent within 14 days of delivery. Email them together to info@ckkcassociates.com with your project reference (it's at the top of your brief, for example 2026-0123), and Chris replies in writing. Comprehensive includes a 45-minute readout call with Chris and one round of follow-up questions answered in writing.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Focused and Standard are paid at checkout. For Comprehensive, we can invoice you or work from a purchase order: email info@ckkcassociates.com.

Who can see our brief?

The people in your workspace, and Chris Coppa, who reviews it. Staff access through our operator tools is logged. No other customer can read your workspace.

Is my question used to train AI?

No. We don't use your content to train AI models. Anthropic, which provides the models, doesn't train on it and by default doesn't keep it after processing. The exception is content its automated safety systems flag, which Anthropic may keep for up to two years.

Can we put an NDA in place?

If your question calls for a higher level of confidentiality, ask about a mutual NDA before you submit it. Email info@ckkcassociates.com.

Can you delete our project?

Yes. Ask, and it's done within 5 business days. Deletion removes your question, your answers, our clarifying questions and the brief. We keep a record that the project existed and its payment records, as the Privacy Policy describes.
